When I decide to write this article, there would be actually not many of us would ever become a good investor, due to real estate requires Money and Time. One mistake would offset the other.

Basically those who sell real estate such as land, building, shops, residential properties and etc.., they would probably sell at a higher price to at least covering their cost which they have known of. Of course, if the price is low, they might choose not to sell it to you, but to those who could offer it with a higher price.

So how would we want to make a profit over an investment on Real Estate then?
Yeap, it is always about profit, consist of Selling Price and Cost Price.

The First skill is to know about the Cost.
Down Payment
Legal Fees
Fees Charged Monthly
Insurance
Interest
Repairs
Capital Gain Tax
RM / USD per Sq Feet
and etc...

An example of this would be,
a) a 3-storey shop selling price would be higher than 2-storey shop.
b) a shop nears city center would be higher than those who nears residential area.
c) the highest of the floor, the highest price in condo? how do we define how high is high, twin tower?
d) RM per sq feet should be used in city area? how about those in other town area?
and so so on...

Of course, would you buy something like below:-
a) a 2-storey shop price should higher than 3-storey shop
b) shop in residential area should same price as city center shop
c) the highest of the floor, the highest price it should be?
d) RM per sq feet in residential should be how low as to compare to city area?
and so so on...

Without gathering and comparing some few factors or without studying the factors, how would we know we have bought the "LOW"? We may look back the first article that I wrote which is the category of real estate to define the pricing..

RM/ USD每平方尺
等..

这样的一个例子是,

a)一幢3层高商铺售价将高于2层楼的店铺。
b)一个店铺靠近城市中心将高于那些靠近居住区。
c)最高层的公寓的最高价格?我们如何定义如何高是高?
d)RM每平方尺在城市地区如何
使用?在其他地区又如何使用呢?

等等......

当然,你会是否会买类似如下: -
a)在2层楼店的价格应该高于3层楼的店铺
b)居住区店在相同的价格作为城市中心店
c)最高的楼,最高价应该是多少?
d)RM每平方尺住宅应该如何比较低,城市区域?

等等......

不收集或比较几个因素或不学习的因素的情况下,我们怎么会知道我们已经买下了“低”价格呢
